What should I do in case of an accident?
If a third Party is involved, call a traffic enforcer or report the accident to the nearest Police Station. Take pictures on site if possible. It would be necessary to get the following details particularly if the third party is clearly at fault
  • Name of the driver & registered owner
  • Insurance Company & photocopy of Insurance Policy
  • Unit model & Plate No.
Notarized Affidavit is accepted for a non-third party involved accident.

What are the documents that I need to submit?
  1. Police Report or Notarized Affidavit
  2. Insurance Policy & Official Receipt
  3. Pictures of damaged Unit
  4. Car Registration & Official Receipt
  5. Driver's License & Official Receipt
  6. Estimate
  7. Certificate of no claims (for 3rd party claims)

Where do I submit the documents?
In-house claimant: You may submit your claim documents to Toyota Otis. (Body and Paint Shop Dep't.)

Non In-house claimant: You may submit your claim documents directly to your Insurance branch office servicing you.

Toyota Otis Insurance Coordinator may also accept and forward your claim documents in your behalf.

How can I have my car repaired?
After the evaluation and inspection of the damaged vehicle. Insurance coordinator will facilitates the approval of claim. Letter of Authority or repair evaluation is needed to proceed the repair. Claimant is required to pay the Deductible Franchise & Betterment / Depreciation for all replaced parts for vehicle with 3 (three) years and above.

    Claim on an insurance Policy issued by and paid directly to TOYOTA OTIS, INC.
  • Outside Insurance Claim
    Claim on an Insurance Policy procured from another agent / broker or policy issuance directly from an insurance company. A letter of authority is strictly needed to proceed the repair
