Q: What is the Speed Rewards Loyalty Program?
A: Speed Rewards Loyalty Program is our way of thanking customers like you for your loyalty to our dealership. Every time you make a purchase, and present the Speed Card, you will immediately start earning points towards parts and service. You can even instantly review and redeem your points (upon reaching 500 points) by asking the Billing Staff or Customer Relations Officers.
*By participating in the Speed Rewards program, members agree to accept the terms and conditions governing its use. Toyota Otis, Inc. reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue the program at any time.

Q: How can I join the Speed Rewards Loyalty Program?
A: Starting August 1, 2009, all customers who have their vehicle serviced or made purchases from our parts counter amounting to minimum of P4,000.00 will be entitled to a Speed Rewards Card (one time or accumulated receipts within a 12-month period. Just fill up the Loyalty Speed Rewards Form at the Billing Section).
For V.I.P. Executive Card: Once you purchase the Pre-paid Coupon during your new vehicle sales release, you will receive your Executive Card on or before your 15,000 km PMS. Earning of rewards point will start on your 15,000 km. PMS.

Q: How do I use my Speed Rewards?
A: Before purchasing parts or availing our service, show your Speed Card of V.I.P. Executive Card to our Service Advisors, Parts Counter Personnel and Billing Staff so that points will be credited to your card. No Card No Points/No Redemption.

Q: Will my points expire?
A: Points earned on Speed Rewards Card/V.I.P. Executive Card has no expiration.

Q: How will I receive my Card?
A: Our Customer Relations Officer will call you or via SMS once the card is available in our dealership. You may get it from Customer Relations Department once you were contacted.

Q: Can I register my Speed Rewards card Online?
A: Yes and just spend a minimum of P2,000.00 worth of service or parts.
You can register to have a free Speed Rewards Card. Just logon to www.toyotaotis.com.ph and find the link on the Loyalty Rewards Program click on the "Register" button. You will be required to input your title, name, address, city, zip code, email address, and PIN number. Optional and recommended fields include Phone, Birthday, and Opt Out.

Q: I lost my card, what should I do?
A: If your card is registered there are three ways to report a card lost or stolen.
- Go online to www.toyotaotis.com.ph or mail to crd@toyotaotis.com.ph or
- You can call Customer Relations Department at (02) 564-1811 to 20 loc. 180/181 or (02) 339-2238 or
- Visit Toyota Otis and inform any of our Customer Relations Officers (Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM), for assistance.

Q: How do I earn more points?
A: For every P100.00 purchase, you will receive 1 point for that transaction or P1.00 equivalent. The more purchases you make the more points you earn.
For V.I.P. Executive Card: Points earning will be based on the Net Discounted Price.

Q: How do I check my points balance?
A: You have two options for checking your points balance.
- You may call or visit the Customer Relations Department and ask about your point balance.
- View your points balance, status and account activity on the web at www.toyotaotis.com.ph and click the link on Loyalty Rewards Program.

Q: How do I redeem my points?
A: Redeeming points is very easy! Once you reached 500 points you can begin redeeming your points on your next transaction
