Earn your points in an instant every time you have your vehicle serviced or make purchases from our Parts and Service Department.

For Speed Rewards Card:

1. Starting August 1, 2009 the program is for after vehicle sales & loyal customers who avails Toyota Otis' services from Parts & Service Department.
2. You are entitled to a Speed Rewards Card once you had your vehicle serviced or you buy parts, minimum of P 4,000.00 (one-time transaction or accumulated receipts within a 12-month period).
3. Just fill up the Loyalty Speed Rewards Form at our Billing Section.
4. Customer Relations Officer will call you once the card is available.
5. For every succeeding P100 you spend earns you 1 point or P 1.00. In excess of P100.00 is disregarded.

   Start:	P 4,000.00 (40 points)
   	= P 100.00 (every succeeding)
   	= 1 point
   	= P 1.00

6. You can begin redeeming once you reached 500 points or P 500.00, on your next transaction towards parts and services.
7. For those who log on for a free Speed Card, you will be entitled once you spend a minimum of P 2,000.00 from our Parts and Service Department and earns you 20 points automatically.
8. Outstanding points may be inquired through Customer Relations Department or at EDP.
9. Always present your Speed Rewards Card every time you make purchases to earn points or when redeeming. No card No Redemption/Points.
10. In case of loss/card replacement, P 200.00 will be charged to customer.

For VIP Executive Card:

1. You will be entitled to an Executive Card once you purchased the Pre-paid Coupon during your New Vehicle Sales Release.
2. On or before your 15,000 km Periodic Maintenance, a Customer Relations Officer will call/text you once the card is available.
3. By using this Executive Card, you will enjoy the 10% discount on parts and service (not applicable on promo items).
4. Earning of points will start on your 15,000 km Periodic Maintenance.
5. Every P100.00 you spend on Parts and Service will earn you 1 point or P1.00.
6. Points earning will be based on the net price.
7. You can begin redeeming once you reached 500 points or P 500.00, on your next transaction towards parts and services.
8. Outstanding points may be inquired through Customer Relations Department or at EDP.
9. Always present your VIP Executive Card every time you make purchase to earn points or when redeeming. No card No Redemption/Points.
10. In case of loss/card replacement, P200.00 will be charged to customer.
