The Marketing Professional is under the direct supervision of the Group Sales Manager and General Sales Manager. The Marketing Professional is in charge of informing customers about the vehicles for sale and for preparing payments, financing and insurance papers for customers who have purchased a vehicle. It is the Marketing Professional’s job to persuade the customer that the product they are selling is the best choice. They prospect new customers by mail, by phone or through personal contacts or any other innovative modes of prospecting.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related field;
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Google and other social media platforms;
Knowledgeable regarding up to date best practices and emerging trends in social media;
Excellent written and verbal communications skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy; and
If possible, with experience in managing social media in a corporate or agency setting.
The Customer Relations Officer is in charge in dealing with customer issues and ensures effective problem resolution to exceed customer satisfaction leading to customer loyalty.
Requirements:
Graduate of any four (4) year course
A Marketing degree is an advantage
Basic knowledge of theories, principles and practices of marketing and sales
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
With pleasing personality
Sales experience in automotive dealership is an advantage
